Synthetic Diamonds

The first synthetic diamonds were produced by General Electric in 1954. A synthetic diamond, mostly rock, with the strength, hardness and refraction of natural diamonds - but they were not made by man. A synthetic diamond, not to be confused with stimulant diamonds, such as glass, cubic zirconia and moissanite.

Although the technology for synthetic diamonds, in a game came in 1954, no synthetic diamonds have ever seen in the market until, in 1990. This was due to the fact that it took many years for General Electric to produce synthetic diamonds, which can be compared to the quality of natural diamond, and when I understood how to do this, they found that it cost more to produce synthetic diamonds than it was before mines and the reduction of natural diamonds.

Finally, a small company called Gemesis Corporation realized a way to manufacture synthetic diamonds, which were the same quality as natural diamonds at a cheaper price. Today Gemesis produces synthetic diamonds are white, and color, and diamonds. Sell some These diamonds 1 / 3 of the cost of a natural diamond, but not enough to them, and they are difficult to find. Indeed, it seems that synthetic diamonds are rarer than natural diamonds.

While Gemesis mentions clear diamonds here and there, I've never, ever, seen them actually selling one. In fact, I've never even seen a good picture of a white Gemesis diamond. I believe this will change in the future, but they don't produce many (if any) today, for several reasons.
